Please note that massage services are currently offered only as in-home sessions to select clients. You must have been a previous client of Lara's or a friend/family referral from a previous/current client to book.

A custom massage session tailored to each client's specific needs, utiliizing techniques from multiple modalities as appropriate. These sessions incoporate various elements to enhance nervous system unwinding including heat applications and essential oils. Muscle tension and pain patterns are addressed with expertise and intention while never compromising the client's need for safety and relaxation. Advanced work such as TMJ focused intra-oral work, or massage cupping are included as needed/requested by clients at no additional charge.
